Rainy day? Cold and wet at the site? Have a meeting in our conference room. Call us! Dependent upon availability, you can use our conference room to meet, spread out your plans and discuss your project in our comfortable office setting.

Use Our Copying Facilities
Need to make an extra copy or two of your proposal or contract for a meeting in 15 minutes and the nearest copy center is at least a half an hour away? Call us! We will gladly make copies of any proposals, change orders or design plans to meet all your needs.

Construction Management Services
We will provide periodic construction observations as required to verify that construction is done according to drawings and specifications. We will monitor construction progress for payment certification and schedule progress. We can review change orders for approval to minimize delays and review final punch list to close contract.
